* Concessionary memberships are available to customers who are in receipt of: Income
support, housing benefit, council tax benefit, job seekers allowance (income-based),
incapacity benefit or severe disablement allowance, senior citizens (60+ years) or full time
students. Concessionary ticket holders must vacate the spa by 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and by 2.30pm Friday to Sunday.
** The Thermal Spa Experience will be limited to three hours during busy times.
Booking is essential for the Thermal Spa Experience on Wednesday evening, Saturday and Sunday.
